About
Spend your summer working on your fitness in a fun, motivating group setting. You can expect a new workout each day that you will do as a group but at your own pace with your own modifications. You can expect to improve both your cardiovascular and strength endurance by doing all the things we do in our regular classes excluding the barbell. Expect to get outside for part of your workout or warmup if you so choose on nice days!
Kids Classes
(Ages 5-10)
For kids ages 5-10, our program develops physical abilities, social skills and self-confidence. The program can prepare kids for sports, making them fitter and more coordinated, or provide an alternative for kids who are not interested in competitive sports or traditional team sports. It’s also great for developing good motor patterns, balance, and a positive attitude toward challenges. At the very least, we keep things fun and the kids moving.

What does a class look like?

Warm Up
At the beginning of each class you can expect a group warm up that targets specific areas to help prevent injury and prepare for the daily workout.

Skill
A short exercise or focused lift dedicated to correct form and buiding strength.

Work Out of the Day (WOD)
Our WOD is different every day. It is a higher intensity workout with varying movements, times, rep schemes. This is where you will push yourself to grow. Our coaches will assist to ensure proper form and weight. This can vary and be adjusted based on skill and experience. It is a motivating individual effort with an encouraging group.
