Kirby Gusso

Coach Kirby is from Belle Fourche, SD and has been coaching for almost 9 years. He is a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer and former NSCA-CPT.

Coach Kirby currently serves in the National Guard full time in Watertown.

Coach Kirby coaches because it is a wonderful way to build relationships, serve people and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which is the primary reason he coaches. He loves people and loves seeing people succeed in the gym and in their lives.

His favorite movements are anything to do with gymnastics, especially ring muscle ups!
